2. Free Plan

The Free Plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not eligible for refunds. You can use the Free Plan indefinitely without any payment obligations.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise plans). If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

3.2 Eligible Scenarios

Beyond the 14-day guarantee period, refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Service Unavailability: If the Service was significantly unavailable (below 95% uptime) during a billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error (e.g., double billing, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Account Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within the first 48 hours of a renewal charge (for monthly plans), we will issue a refund for the renewal payment.
  • Feature Misrepresentation: If a core feature advertised on our website is materially unavailable or non-functional, you may request a refund.

3.3 Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period (unless covered by Section 3.2).
  • Partial month usage — if you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • Failure to use the Service does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • Plan downgrades — the difference between plan prices is not refundable.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service that result in account suspension.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Refunds are issued in US Dollars. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.

6. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
  • After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future renewals.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription, you retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

7. Enterprise Customers

8. Service Credits

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future billing periods. Service credits are offered at our discretion and are non-transferable and non-cashable.
